2. What data we collect

When you complete the contact form we collect: your full name, telephone number, email address (optional), reason for your visit and your message.

Important: please do not send sensitive health data (diagnoses, test results) through the form. Use it only to request an appointment or to get in touch.

3. Purpose & legal basis

We process this data solely to respond to your request and to arrange an appointment. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give on the form.

4. Retention

Data is kept only for as long as it is needed to handle your request, and is deleted once it is no longer necessary.

5. Recipients

Only the practice has access. Email is hosted by our hosting provider (papaki). We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to third parties for advertising purposes.

6. Cookies

This site uses only essential / functional entries in your browser's local storage (your language choice and your consent choice). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

If analytics tools (for example Google Analytics) are added in future, they will load only after you consent and will be listed here.

7. Your rights
