2. What we collect

When you complete the contact form we collect: full name, phone number, email (optional), reason for visit and your message.

Important: please do not send sensitive health data (diagnoses, test results) through the form. Use the form only to request an appointment or contact.

3. Purpose & legal basis

We process your data solely to respond to your request and arrange an appointment. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give in the form.

4. Retention

Data is kept only for as long as necessary to handle your request and is deleted when no longer needed.

5. Recipients

Only the practice has access. Email is hosted by our hosting provider (papaki). We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.

6. Cookies

This site uses only essential / functional entries in your browser’s local storage (language choice and consent choice). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

If analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) are added in future, they will load only after your consent and will be listed here.

7. Your rights
